  Just wanted to say that Chad did a great job with the removal of the rats in the attic,,,the reason we ended up taking your company was his attitude when answering all of my wife's questions,,,, he didn't rush and took the time to let her know that he will check the entire attic, and kind of go above and beyond to make sure all will be okay,, his work on the outside of the house preventing pests from entering was neat and clean,,, when he came back to check the traps, again 1000 questions and concerns from my wife but he took the time again to calm her....
